Sven Raphael Schneider is a German businessman and SAP SE founder who has an estimated net worth of $12 billion. He earned his wealth when he sold the German software company for over $US 120 million in 1995; since then, it’s been one of the world’s top ten most valuable tech companies by market value. Schneider started his career as a German journalist for the Financial Times in London and then became an internet entrepreneur, the son of a German art dealer. He was one of the first bloggers on AOL’s AIM instant messenger service back when it had only 50,000 members and went by his alias “Toga”.

In 2003 he launched Lifelogger – a German site that lets users post videos of their daily lives – and became a prominent figure in internet business and social media marketing. In 2009 he launched Lebenslauf, German for “curriculum vitae” with his then-wife Alexandra Schneider (née Takøy). It’s used by German job seekers to post their resumes and is now the country’s most visited career site. Schneider has since remarried Alexandra, with whom he had two children: Helene (born in 2009) and Elias (born in 2014).

What makes him successful?

Sven Raphael Schneider, a German-born man with a successful career in business lectures at Munich University of Applied Sciences, was president from 1999 to 2013. German company SAP SE bought his company ZukunftLabs GmbH in 2004, and with this acquisition, Sven started working for SAP as an independent consultant for German-speaking countries. When I asked him what makes him so good at his job, Mr Schneider said: “I have always been interested in new technologies.” His broad knowledge about IT systems allowed him to learn how things work with companies quickly – something that most people struggle with because they feel unfamiliar with German company SAP SE buys his company.

Personal life

I want to write about Sven Raphael Schneider, a successful German entrepreneur, sportsman and blogger. He founded SAP SE in 1972, which is a German multinational software corporation and one of the world’s largest technology companies by revenue with more than $20 billion in 2016 income from their customers. It has been ranked as one of Fortune magazine’s most admired software-manufacturing companies for 20 years consecutively (1984–2003). Schneider made his fortune by specializing in enterprise software systems like analytics or remote access solutions to help small businesses get bigger, faster and compete against other large corporations in the market.

He is also a German former professional tennis player and left-handed racket stringer. He has won four Grand Slam doubles titles in his career and three singles titles, including the US Open (1994). He retired from playing pro tennis at age 30 to pursue other interests like writing books or owning sports teams. This German entrepreneur is a German and US citizen who currently lives in Monaco, France, and is an amateur racecar driver.
